THE Isabela Police Provincial Office (IPPO) has intensified its campus presence across the province, combining child safety awareness campaigns with school-based recognition for exemplary police personnel.

As part of the IPPO’s Balik Eskwela 2025–2026 Program, local police stations and Provincial Mobile Force Companies (PMFCs) are actively visiting schools to deliver lectures on anti-bullying, crime prevention, and child protection.

These sessions provide students with actionable safety tips to guard against sexual abuse, exploitation, and violence, while encouraging open communication among parents, educators, and law enforcement.

In tandem with these educational outreach activities, the IPPO joined campus flag-raising ceremonies on September 21, 2026, to publicly honor outstanding officers before students, teachers, and parents under a Police Regional Office 2 (PRO2) initiative.

Isabela PPO Provincial Director PCol. Manuel Bayani Bringas highlighted that conducting recognition ceremonies in academic environments serves a dual purpose: demonstrating police integrity to young citizens while teaching students how to identify dangers and access police assistance.

“Every award reflects our objective to uphold a culture of excellence, discipline, and sincere service,” PCol. Bringas noted, emphasizing that the outreach aligns with PNP Chief PGEN Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr.’s priority agenda for community-oriented policing.

“We hope these recognized personnel serve as positive role models for the youth, reminding them that true public service is built on integrity and compassion for others,” added Bringas.

Through ongoing campus visits, the IPPO aims to strengthen ties with educational institutions and foster a safe, secure learning environment for students across Isabela.
