POLICE officers arrested an 18-year-old classified as Las Piñas City’s Top 9 most wanted person at the station level during a warrant execution in Barangay CAA on Friday, September 11.
The suspect, identified as alias “Glen,” was taken into custody at around 3:30 PM by operatives from the Warrant and Subpoena Section of the Las Piñas City Police Station.
The operation was conducted by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest issued by Regional Trial Court Branch 202, Las Piñas City, under CICL Case No. 010-2023-D, for violations of Republic Act No. 9165, also known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. Glen is currently held at the Las Piñas City Police Station Custodial Facility while awaiting a formal Commitment Order from the court.
Southern Police District (SPD) District Director PBGEN Rodel A. Pastor noted that the arrest aligns with the district’s push to track down fugitives under his core principles of Trustworthiness, Service-oriented policing, Accessibility, Professionalism, and Accountability (TSAPA).
