THE Northern Police District (NPD), led by District Director PBGEN Benliner L. Capili, recently spearheaded a series of strategic engagements focused on promoting mental health, spiritual resilience, and inter-agency cooperation across the CAMANAVA region.
To prioritize the emotional and psychological well-being of its workforce, the NPD hosted the Stress and Anger Management Seminar Batch 01-2026 at the C3-DP Training Seminar Room in Caloocan City.
The event brought together key command officials, including PCOL Relly B. Arnedo, Acting Deputy District Director for Administration, and PCOL Florian D. Reynado, Chief of the District Community Affairs and Development Division (DCADD).
Personnel from the District Mobile Force Battalion (DMFB) alongside officers from various local police stations attended the session.

Representatives from Bless Our Cops Inc. paid a courtesy visit to extend ongoing spiritual support, moral guidance, and prayer for NPD personnel actively serving the public.
Additionally, JSUPT Lucky O. Dionisio, Warden of the Caloocan City Jail, conducted an official courtesy call with PBGEN Capili.
The discussion focused on deepening collaboration between the NPD and the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP).
Both agency leaders reaffirmed their commitment to joint coordination, real-time information sharing, and supporting the safe, orderly management of persons deprived of liberty.
