POLICE officers arrested a 39-year-old man listed as Pasay City Police Station’s Top 2 most wanted person for September 2026 during a targeted manhunt operation late Sunday morning in Barangay 145.
The suspect, identified by authorities under the alias “Macdonnel,” was apprehended at approximately 11:00 AM along Narra Street, Santo Niño Extension, by personnel from the Pasay City Police Station.
The operation was executed under a warrant of arrest issued on August 3, 2026, by Judge of the Regional Trial Court Branch 112 in Pasay City.
Macdonnel faces charges of rape under Article 266-A(1)(a), in relation to Article 266-B of the Revised Penal Code, as amended by Republic Act No. 8353. The court recommended no bail for the offense.
The suspect is currently held at the Pasay City Police Station Custodial Facility Unit while police prepare to return the executed warrant to the issuing court.
