POLICE authorities served multiple arrest warrants on Sunday, August 30, to apprehend a 57-year-old regional-level most wanted person at the Taytay Custodial Facility in Barangay Dolores.
The suspect, identified only as alias “Jes,” a resident of Taytay, faces charges across three separate illegal drug cases.
According to the Taytay Municipal Police Station (MPS), the warrants served stem from alleged violations under Republic Act 6425 as well as Section 5, Article II of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).
Recommended bail was set at ₱60,000 each for the first two cases, while the third case—concerning the illegal sale of dangerous drugs—carries no recommended bail.
Officers informed the accused of his constitutional rights upon serving the warrants.
Alias “Jes” currently remains in custody at the Taytay Custodial Facility while authorities process the return of documents to the issuing courts.
