INTELLIGENCE-driven tracking and targeted manhunt operations by the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) led to the successful apprehension of a 19-year-old high-value fugitive along M. Naval Street in Navotas City on October 3, 2026.
The suspect ranked as the Regional Level No. 5, District Level No. 2, and Station Level No. 2 Most Wanted Person for the current period.
He faces severe legal charges, including statutory rape, sexual assault, and multiple counts of acts of lasciviousness.
At approximately 12:00 PM, joint elements of the NCRPO executed a precision-coordinated operation directly in front of the Holy Cross Chapel, taking the suspect into custody without incident.
The arrest stems from active warrants issued by the Family Court Branch 9 in Navotas City on September 7, 2026.
The legal grounds for his detention encompass Statutory Rape under Article 266-A of the Revised Penal Code with no bail recommended.
Additionally, he faces charges for Sexual Assault with a recommended bail of ₱120,000, and two counts of Acts of Lasciviousness with a recommended bail set at ₱36,000 per count.
The operation was carried out under the direct strategic guidance of NCRPO Officer-in-Charge PBGEN Christopher N. Abrahano.
“The gravity of these charges calls for firm and lawful action. Those with outstanding warrants for sexual offenses will be pursued relentlessly and brought before the courts to answer for their crimes,” PBGEN Abrahano stated, emphasizing the agency’s commitment to protecting the vulnerable.
Following standard operational procedures, the apprehended suspect has been temporarily secured at a designated custodial facility in Caloocan City pending appropriate legal disposition.
Meanwhile, the issuing court has been formally notified of the successful service of the warrants.
