POLICE officers arrested a 40-year-old sales marketing employee listed as the Top 9 most wanted person in Las Piñas City during a warrant operation on Wednesday morning, September 16, 2026.
Operating under the direction of Southern Police District (SPD) Director Police Brigadier General Rodel A. Pastor, personnel from the Las Piñas City Police Station’s warrant and subpoena section apprehended the suspect, identified as alias “Gian” (also identified in court documents as Quiroga).
The arrest took place around 9:50 A.M. at his residence in Gatchalian Subdivision, Barangay Manuyo Dos.
The suspect was arrested on the strength of a warrant issued on June 11, 2026, by the Pasay City Regional Trial Court, Branch 111, under Criminal Case No. R-PSY-26-01442-CR.
He faces charges for violating Section 4(b), Sub-paragraph 1(i) of Republic Act No. 10175, also known as the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012.
The court recommended bail set at ₱120,000 for his temporary liberty.
“Every warrant we execute is a step toward maintaining justice and security in our community. We will continue to perform our duty with integrity, professionalism, and accountability,” PBGen. Rodel Pastor stated following the arrest.
The accused remains in police custody while law enforcement prepares the formal return of the warrant to the court of origin.
