POLICE officers arrested a 28-year-old security guard listed as Muntinlupa City’s Top 1 station-level most wanted person for September during a warrant execution in Barangay Ayala Alabang on Friday morning, September 11.
The suspect, identified by police as alias “Mark,” was apprehended at around 8:40 AM by operatives from the warrant and subpoena section of the Muntinlupa City Police Station.
The operation was conducted by virtue of warrants issued on August 24, 2026, by the Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court in Parañaque City.
“Mark” faces two counts of Statutory Rape under Article 266-A of the Revised Penal Code, as amended by Republic Act No. 8353, with no bail recommended.
He also faces a charge for Statutory Acts of Lasciviousness under Article 336, with bail set at ₱180,000.
In compliance with Supreme Court rules, officers documented the arrest using a Body-Worn Camera (BWC) and an Alternative Recording Device (ARD) to maintain transparency.
The suspect was informed of his constitutional rights in Tagalog and is currently held at the station’s custodial facility awaiting formal court disposition.
Southern Police District Director PBGEN Rodel A. Pastor highlighted the arrest as part of the district’s intensified campaign against fugitives.
“There is no space in the SPD for those hiding from the law. If there is an arrest warrant, we will find and arrest you,” Pastor said in Tagalog, reiterating that all operations will strictly adhere to due process.
