ANTI-narcotics operatives seized approximately ₱1.7 million worth of illegal drugs, arrested a high-value drug personality, and rescued a 13-year-old minor during a buy-bust operation in Pasay City on Friday afternoon, September 11.
The primary suspect was identified by authorities as alias “Munti,” a 42-year-old street vendor residing in Barangay 145, Pasay City. She was tagged as a newly identified high-value individual (HVI) by police.
The operation was conducted at around 5:05 PM along Molave Street in Barrio Sto. Niño by joint personnel of the Southern Police District Drug Enforcement Unit (DDEU-SPD) and Pasay City Police Station Sub-Station 5.
An undercover officer successfully negotiated a transaction with the suspect, prompting her immediate arrest and the rescue of a 13-year-old male child in conflict with the law (CICL) at the scene.

Officers also recovered the buy-bust money, packaging materials, and a cellular phone used in the transaction.
The main suspect was taken to the DDEU office for documentation and will face charges for violations of Section 5 (Sale) and Section 11 (Possession), Article II of Republic Act 9165, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Meanwhile, the rescued 13-year-old minor is being handled under strict juvenile justice protocols for alleged violation of Section 26 (Attempt or Conspiracy) of the same law.
SPD District Director PBGEN Rodel A. Pastor commended the operating teams for the major drug haul and the rescue of the minor, reiterating that the police district will remain aggressive in neutralizing high-value drug targets across its jurisdiction.
