IN a significant law enforcement operation, the Philippine National Police (PNP) arrested the No. 2 Most Wanted Person in the National Capital Region (NCR) early morning on August 30, 2026, in Barangay Malanday, Marikina City.
The arrest was carried out by personnel from Police Station 14 of the Manila Police District.
The suspect, a Filipino of legal age, was apprehended under a warrant of arrest for 10 counts of qualified rape. The warrant explicitly recommended no bail.
Following the arrest, the individual is now in police custody and will face the appropriate judicial proceedings.
