The suspects were promptly informed of their constitutional rights upon apprehension.
The arrested individuals are currently detained at the Binangonan Custodial Facility and will face formal charges for violations of Sections 5 and 11 of Republic Act No. 9165, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
