IN an effort to expand access to government services in remote areas, officers from the Regional Mobile Force Battalion 1βs 103rd Maneuver Company (103rd MC) met with the Aguiwas Farmers Association to evaluate a proposed livelihood project.
The initiative was organized in partnership with the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) of Alilem, led by Labor and Employment Officer III and PESO Manager Haydee L. Jacaban.
Led by Deputy Company Commander PCPT Kevin C. Albing under the supervision of Company Commander PMAJ Johnny G. Fata-ek, the 103rd MC highlighted the importance of inter-agency collaboration in supporting sustainable community development and maintaining peace in the region.
“Kami po ang kapulisan ng RMFB1, 103rd Maneuver Company na handang makipag-ugnayan at makipagtulungan sa ating mga partner agencies upang maipaabot ang serbisyo ng pamahalaan sa ating mga mamamayan, lalo na sa mga liblib na lugar,”
The unit expressed its gratitude to PESO Alilem for its continued cooperation in community empowerment initiatives.
In a separate incident demonstrating community-oriented policing, personnel from the San Nicolas Municipal Police Station, supervised by Officer-in-Charge PCPT Sygman C. Benigno, assisted a motorist stranded on a local highway due to a tire blowout.
Officers changed the damaged tire on-site, ensuring the driver’s safety and preventing potential traffic congestion.
