AUTHORITIES here apprehended two wanted individuals in separate operations conducted on August 26 and 27, 2026, as part of an intensified campaign against sought personalities.
Operatives from the City Mobile Force Company (CMFC), led by Company Commander PLtCol. Rodel V. Silaran, carried out the warrant operations alongside the City Intelligence Unit, City Investigation and Detective Management Unit, and Police Station 1.
The first operation took place at around 7:00 PM on August 26, resulting in the arrest of a 30-year-old housemaid wanted for theft under Article 308 of the Revised Penal Code. She was subsequently released after posting a ₱6,000 bail bond.
The following night, around 9:04 PM on August 27, police arrested a 31-year-old warehouse keeper. He was served warrants issued by the Dagupan City Family Court for two counts of violating Republic Act 9262, or the Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act of 2004, with recommended bails set at ₱72,000 and ₱6,000. He remains in custody at the Dagupan City Police Office (DCPO) facility.
In line with protocol, arresting personnel used body-worn cameras and alternative recording devices during both operations.
Dagupan City Police Office City Director PCol. Arnold P. Solomon commended the operating units, stating the successful arrests align with regional operational standards and the national police leadership’s strategic priorities.
