LOCAL law enforcement successfully apprehended Muntinlupa City’s No. 7 Station-Level Most Wanted Person for October 2026 during a warrant service operation in Barangay Bayanan on Wednesday, October 14, 2026.
The suspect, identified through the alias “Singkaw,” 29, was captured by operatives from the Warrant and Subpoena Unit of the Muntinlupa City Police Station.
Authorities arrested the individual by virtue of a warrant issued by the Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court Branch 276 in Muntinlupa City.
The warrant, dated September 15, 2026, stems from violations of Sections 5 and 11, Paragraph 3, Article II of Republic Act No. 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002) under Criminal Case Nos. 23-757-758 for the service of sentence.
During the apprehension, officers fully informed the suspect of his constitutional rights in Tagalog, a language he understands. To ensure transparency and compliance with Supreme Court rules (A.M. No. 21-06-08-SC), the operation was officially documented using a PNP Body-Worn Camera and a cellular phone as an Alternative Recording Device (ARD).
The accused is currently detained at the Muntinlupa City Police Station custodial facility while awaiting the formal return of the warrant to the issuing court.
Southern Police District Director Police Brigadier General Rodel A. Pastor commended the operating team, highlighting the district’s continuous manhunt efforts.
“Every arrest brings us closer to ensuring that no wanted person escapes accountability,” PBGEN Pastor stated.
