THE National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) has issued a stern warning to the remaining fugitives involved in the high-profile ₱16.78-million robbery in Muntinlupa City, urging them to surrender peacefully as continuous law enforcement operations close in on their hideouts.
The brazen heist took place on October 1 inside a clothing supplier’s warehouse located in Barangay Putatan.
Armed with weapons, nine suspects allegedly targeted the warehouse owner, her cousin, and her secretary, making off with cash, jewelry, and electronic gadgets totaling nearly ₱17 million.
In the weeks following the incident, sustained police investigations and coordinated operations led to the arrest of two suspects in separate raids conducted in Tanay, Rizal, and Pampanga.
Authorities successfully recovered several personal belongings belonging to the victims, including driver’s licenses, bags, and stolen gadgets.
Despite these breakthroughs, NCRPO Officer-in-Charge PBGen. Christopher N. Abrahano emphasized that law enforcement will maintain relentless pressure until every individual involved is brought to justice.
“Let this serve as a clear warning to the remaining suspects: the NCRPO will not stop until you are arrested and made to answer for this crime,” PBGen. Abrahano said.
“We are pursuing every lead and closing in through sustained police operations. Surrender now and face the law, because no amount of hiding or running will erase your accountability,” warned Abrahano.
To bolster the manhunt, PBGen. Abrahano has directed all regional police units to intensify intelligence-driven tracking efforts and tighten inter-agency coordination.
He highlighted the vital role of the NCRPO’s Borderless Policing System, a strategic framework designed to eliminate traditional jurisdictional boundaries that criminals often exploit to evade arrest.
By enabling the nearest available police personnel to respond instantly and share real-time intelligence, the system ensures that suspects cannot easily slip away by crossing municipal or regional lines.
“No jurisdictional boundary should become an advantage for those who break the law,” Abrahano added, reaffirming the agency’s overarching commitment to public safety and accountability.
The NCRPO is calling on the public to remain vigilant and report any credible information regarding the whereabouts of the remaining suspects through official police channels, cautioning citizens against taking matters into their own hands.
