THE Southern Police District (SPD) successfully accounted for a total of 77 wanted persons during a weeklong series of intensive manhunt operations conducted from October 12 to 18, 2026.

The sustained operations reflect the district’s aggressive push to execute standing warrants of arrest and bring fugitives before the courts.

Among the standout achievements of the campaign were the arrests of three high-profile targets: the Top 1 Regional Level Most Wanted Person in CALABARZON, collared by the Las Piñas City Police Station on October 16; the Top 8 District Level Most Wanted Person, apprehended by the Parañaque City Police Station on October 13; and the Top 7 Provincial Level Most Wanted Person in Batangas, captured by the Taguig City Police Station on October 19.

“Through our Timpuyog Borderless Policing System, we strengthen coordination among police units to ensure that wanted persons cannot evade the law simply by crossing city boundaries,” PBGEN Pastor stated.

“We will continue to work as one force in locating and apprehending individuals with standing warrants of arrest, ensuring that every operation is conducted lawfully, professionally, and with full respect for human rights,” Pastor emphasized.

The SPD reiterated its ongoing commitment to upholding the rule of law, protecting local communities, and ensuring that individuals evading criminal charges face proper judicial accountability.
