A 28-year-old man listed among Metro Manila’s most wanted fugitives was arrested on Saturday afternoon near a school in Caloocan City following a joint operation by three police units across Metro Manila and Central Luzon.
The suspect, who ranked as the Top 4 District Level and top 2 station level most wanted person, was taken into custody around 3:50 p.m. on September 26 near Science High School in Barangay 62, Gracepark.
The arrest was carried out by virtue of a warrant issued on September 14, 2026, by the Presiding Judge of Family Court Branch 1 in Caloocan City.
The suspect faces ten formal charges: five counts of Sexual Assault and five counts of Statutory Acts of Lasciviousness.
Bail has been set by the court at ₱200,000 for each count of sexual assault and ₱36,000 for each count of statutory acts of lasciviousness.
Investigating officers reported that the breakthrough occurred after one of the victims sought help from two officials in Pampanga.
Their referral established inter-agency coordination that led authorities directly to the Caloocan City Police Station, where the Warrant and Subpoena Section organized the operation.
The sweep was conducted jointly by the Caloocan City Police Station Warrant Section, the Angeles City Police Office, and the San Luis Municipal Police Station under the Pampanga Provincial Police Office.
“No warrant grows cold under our watch,” said PBGEN Christopher N. Abrahano, Officer-in-Charge of the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO).
“This arrest is a clear message to every individual hiding from justice that the NCRPO’s pursuit never stops,” Abrahano added.
The suspect is currently being held for mandatory processing and documentation before the warrant is formally returned to the issuing court.
